The availability of these holiday cottages is subject to the restrictions (if any) as set out by the Government due to the Covid 19 pandemic, both in terms of the provision of accommodation and any travel restrictions.
Please get in touch with me if you wish to discuss this requirement.
Prices quoted are for one week commencing at 4:00pm Saturday until 10:00am the following Saturday,
unless some alternative arrangement has been made.
A deposit of £100 is required for each week booked and the balance is due six weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
If the booking is made less than six weeks before your holiday commences the full balance is payable to confirm the booking.

If you have to cancel your booking, I regret that you will still be liable for the balance.
I will, however, endeavour to re-let the week(s) and, if successful, will refund the amount paid,
less any expenses that I have incurred in making the re-arrangements.
